These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User" or "Account Holder") and ZT888 (hereinafter "ZT888", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting services available at zt888.cam.

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Your login credentials are your responsibility. You must use a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party. ZT888 will never request your password by email, live chat or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as having been authorised by you.
ZT888 accepts deposits via payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. For context, certain commonly used payment channels in Pakistan — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced on the Platform as familiar local options. The following general conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:
ZT888 may offer bonuses, promotions and special offers to its users from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the offer. The following general bonus conditions apply across all ZT888 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZT888 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, statute or any other legal theory.
ZT888's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of your real money Account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ZT888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform.
Gambling involves financial risk. ZT888 does not guarantee any return on money wagered. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited and wagered on the Platform.

Upon termination for breach or prohibited conduct, ZT888 may withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation. Any real money balance confirmed as legitimately earned and not subject to a dispute will be returned to the Player following completion of the investigation and KYC verification.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZT888 holds its operating licence, as may be updated from time to time.
In the event of a dispute between you and ZT888, you should first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. ZT888 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve complaints promptly, fairly and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism provided under ZT888's operating licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process will be provided upon request.
ZT888 does not assert that its services are legal in Pakistan or that any Pakistani court has jurisdiction over these Terms. Players in Pakistan use the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for complying with local laws.
